I've been where
you are.

Simply put, sh*t happens! Life is complicated. It’s easy for important things to slip through the cracks. I’m more familiar with this than I’d like to admit. Growing up an athlete, I couldn’t imagine that I’d ever get to a point in my life where I needed to lose 50+ pounds! As fate would have it, I’d find myself in this predicament not once, but twice.

So when I say “I’ve been where you are,” I say that whole-heartedly. The mental and physical hurdles standing between where you currently are versus where you want to be - yeah, I know that all too well.

Unlike a lot of fitness professionals, I wasn’t blessed with genetics that allowed me to eat and live however I wanted and still get results. This lead me down an “all or nothing” loop for a long time. Under-eating then over-eating, working out 7 days/week, then not working out for years. Depression, anxiety, you name it. Dark, dark times.

Experience truly has been my best teacher. Trial and error was my foundation. Certifications helped bridge the gaps - the “why’s?” and the “what’s?” They taught me how to merge my own experience with the science and psychology needed to coach others to reach their potential.

If I’ve learned anything, its that “life is gonna life!” You can’t control it, but you can control how prepared you are for it. That starts with your physical health. Let me guide you.
